HSC rules are strict

This time round the HSC exam rules are very strict and the students are put to test. As a new policy, the mobile phones of all the students were checked, who reported late and a particular student entered beyond 11.30 AM and could not be permitted to take up the examination. The ground rules are changed to keep strict vigil and cover all the lapses taking place in the previous years.  Copying and cheating cases were viewed seriously with suburbs leading the list. Mumbai city appear to be clean as the students follow all the rules strictly. After BJP rule, strict vigil at exam centres at UP, Bihar and now in Maharashtra is enforced to avoid malpractices within the examination hall.
