Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) in the year 2013 added a welcome feature of subject-wise Compendium of circulars, notifications and office-memorandums on Right-To-Information (TI) Act, 2005. But since then, it has never been updated. Not only an updated version of the said compendium should be put on DoPT website, but also steps should be taken to make it a permanent and regularly updated feature of DoPT website. Even CIC-website should incorporate such a compendium on its website.
