Indians need a healthy democracy

Top leadership of BJP and RSS should take lesson from polls of Gurdaspur Lok Sabha and Allahabad University where BJP and ABVP faced humiliating big defeats as per results announced on October 15, 2017. It is now definite that whatever boasting may be done by central government in its self-praise, but people are fed up with its style of working. Since BJP does not have any dynastic tradition, even a change in leadership can be considered to save country from being again dragged in pseudo-secularism and dynastic rule. Whatever votes BJP is getting or may get in coming elections to Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat, may be due to lack of responsible opposition in the country. BJP and RSS should also remember that it lost badly in Delhi elections when AAP got 67 out of 70 seats just one year after 1914-elections to Lok Sabha establishing absence of any self-acclaimed wave. Congress President in larger national and public interest should also rise above dynastic policy by coronating some capable and acceptable as next party-President rather than treating largest opposition party like a Private Limited Company. A healthy democracy needs strong two-party system for which both BJP and Congress should rethink their working-style.
