Kanye West and his tour management company have slapped Saint Pablo tour insurer with a $10 Million lawsuit because of the several cancelled shows during the tour.
In the obtained court document, Kanye’s team is alleging breach of contract and breach of good faith and fair dealing on Saint Pablo tour insurer.
The court documents says, “More than eight months later, the insurers have neither paid on the multi-million dollar claim nor denied the claim,”. They further said, “Nor have they provided anything approaching a coherent explanation about why they have not paid, or any indication if they will ever pay or even make a coverage decision.”
The reports of remaining dates of the tour being cancelled broke out back in November 2016 when a representative of the Grammy winner rapper confirmed it without giving any proper reason to a leading online portal. The reason was believed to be the work exhaustion back then.
