Kapil Sharma had introduced Zanjeer, the dog, to all of us in Thursday. But here’s something that will inspire one and all- the star comedian has adopted the dog which worked with the Mumbai Police.
An animal welfare community – Animals matter to me- shared the news on Facebook and thanked Kapil Sharma and PreetiSimoes (creative director of ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’) for giving a new lease of life to Zanjeer.
The Facebook post reads: “We can`t contain our excitement. The country`s biggest comedian, Kapilsharma, has endorsed our work and the cause that we stand for when he decided to adopt Zanjeer from us.
Needless to say, Zanjeer has found a fantastic home to spend the rest of his time with and is spending his time amongst the celebrities now. We can`t thank you enough Kapil & Preeti for adopting him and hope that you continue to fight for the well being of our animal friends.”
