Opposition lacks co-operation and they failed to address problems of national interest in a proper way. They show disinterest in national cause and try to avoid crucial meetings. This includes Parliament sessions and then they cry for unity and crave to find amicable solution to the pressing problems. The committee to appoint, the country’s first Lokpal at PM’s residence and Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge refused the special invitation and failed to attend the crucial meeting. This is not the first time that Congress is doing gimmick. The refusal to attend the meeting came after the Congress leader’s son was arrested by CBI and put on jail. Instead making the presence of Congress, they conveniently avoided the meeting and it is a loss for the age old national party. It is time that Congress realises its national responsibilities and behave like an elected member of the people rather than boycotting the meeting under some pretext and losing the faith of the people.
