Defeating Pakistan, be it on any field, is always a proud moment and our U-19 boys deserve Kudos for thrashing our arch-rivals by a massive 203 runs to reach the ICC U-19 World Cup finals. 69 runs is all what Pakistan team could score chasing 272 to win and this big win for India make them favourites to win against the Kangaroos in the title clash.
Our youngsters have performed well in the tournament and many from this team have the potential to make it to the national side and play for the country in future. Cricket is our national sport with wide fan following and let us hope this young side wins the tournament in New Zealand to match MS Dhoni’s World Cup winning performance at the Wankhede Stadium a few years back. Good luck to our boys and wishing them the best to return home with the Cup!
