LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro, Le Max 2 to launch in India on June 8

LeEco is all set to launch its latest smartphones – Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2, in India. The Chinese smartphone maker has sent out media invites for an event scheduled for June 8, where it will be likely launching the devices.

The company claims that these are the world’s first smartphones to feature a USB Type-C audio connector, instead of the traditional 3.5mm audio jack. All smartphones flaunt a metal unibody design and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

Talking about the specifications, the LeEco Le 2 flaunts a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1,080×1,920 pixels’ resolution. Powering the device is a 2.3 GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The on-board storage of the device stands at 32GB. It has a 16MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera.

The LeEco Le 2 is priced at 1,099 Yuan ($170) in China, while the two variants of Le Max 2 cost 2,099 Yuan ($324) and 2,499 Yuan ($386). Now, the Le 2 is expected to cost Rs. 11,999 ($177) in India, while the Le Max 2’s pricing might start at Rs. 24,999 ($370).
