Lobbying group dealt severe blow

Supreme Court dismissed the Judge Loya case and took stinking observations against the lobby. There is no shred of doubt that Judge Loya died of natural causes and there are no suspicions. Strongest observation is that it was not a public litigation petition but a vested interest litigation and further observed that it was an attempt to malign the judiciary. Such type of petition must be discouraged. PILs have become a tool to bring a political battle into the court. What we get from the SC judgment is that the faces of anti-Loya, anti-Shah, anti-Modi lobby loses and are truly exposed. All petitioners including Prashant Bhushan, Sanjay Nirupam etc. said it is an unfortunate decision. Lobby continues to raise questions on the judgment. But the case is dismissed and dealt a severe blow to lobbying politicians.
