Memorable Mumbai win

The fascinating game of cricket witnessed twists and turns and the innings victory achieved by Indian team had the thrill of a close game. The toss proved a vital factor in matches played in India as the pitch deteriorates by penultimate day of the test match and the team batting last will feel the heat as the ball starts turning. But the ball was in England’s court as they put up a good total. Virat Kohli (235) was involved in a fruitful partnership of 241 runs with J. Yadav (104), which really changed the complexion of the game. The last four wickets added 324 runs and the lead swelled to 231 in the process. The writing was on the wall thereafter for England. England teams last six wickets fell for 15 runs and Ashwin finished with another 5 wicket haul, the 24th of his illustrious career and in the process he claimed his 7th ten wicket haul in test match cricket. Ashwin won a special award for his superlative bowling and Virat Kohli won the Man of the match award. In all it was total team work by Team India and the bits and pieces players of the English side were no match for them in the end.
