As the Supreme Court resumed its hearing in connection with the Indian Premier League (IPL) spot-fixing case, former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi on Thursday said that N Srinivasan can’t fool the nation by covering up for his son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan.
Through a tweet on social micro-blogging site Twitter, Modi shared another funny photograph, which was his final word for Srini. In another tweet, Modi said that the cleaning process should begin immediately. No MAN or No PLAYER is above the GAME – Thus clean up must happen now. We cannot afford to wait for future cleanups. Game is on its knees.
Earlier in the day, the apex court questioned the BCCI as to why Chennai Super Kings shouldn’t be disqualified from the IPL and asked them to act immediately on the Mudgal report.
