No mandate for any party in BMC polls

Fractured mandate in the BMC polls has voters confused as two or more Party’s which went after each other’s throat is likely to rule over the civic body. Alliance politics is bad in a democracy where principles have to be sacrificed to keep the common minimum programme going. Politics should be fought over issues like development and progress while caste, creed, language, eating habits of people etc overshadow in our country.

Education is the need of the hour. People should be made aware of their precious vote so that we have almost 100 per cent voting which would then represent the true will of the people. Citizens should give importance to merit while casting their vote which would be a guarantee of development and progress.
