NCB has claimed to expose many big shots of Bollywood celebrities who are involved in the drugs case. Following the leads given by the arrested accused. One arrest guided the NBC officers to another clue, and this is how continuous arrests are made in the last six months. This leads it to the names like Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh, and Shraddha Kapoor, Bharati Singh and her husband, and now recently the con in the law of Nawab Malik. NCB used Jaya Saha WhatsApp chats in its investigation. Jaya is said to be a facilitator for Bollywood celebrities. NCB has got many leads from WhatsApp chats of the accused. Experts say that digital footprints are enough proof of drug usage and NCB does not need to conduct any kind of tests on the accused or recover drugs from them physically. The WhatsApp chat or the digital footprints of the drug transaction can be easily established and stand in the court of law. Who supplied the drugs, how was the payment done, whose card was used for payment, how many times was it used, what was the quantity of order.

The Maharashtra unit of the Congress alleged that Bollywood was being deliberately “terrorized” through the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The Central probe agency has been investigating the drug angle linked to actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The NCB had earlier questioned some actors in connection with the probe, conducted raids on several occasions to unearth the alleged “Bollywood-drugs” nexus, and arrested many suspected drug peddlers but all came out on bail.

In a bid to unearth a connection between Bollywood and drugs, the Narcotics Control Bureau in the last three to four months have been raiding houses of various actors and people associated with them and interrogating them. It is even probing an old video of a party at Karan Johar’s house. The filmmaker was served a notice over the party organized by him when Devendra Fadnavis was the chief minister.” The Congress says deliberate attempt is being made to terrorize Bollywood through the NCB. BJP has “maligned” the image of Maharashtra; more than 50 people have been arrested so far by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with Bollywood drug case. What was the benefit of arrests if everyone charge-sheeted released by trial courts? That is what happens nowadays. Seldom the CBI cracked any worthwhile case with imprisonment for the charge-sheeted. In fact, in many cases, serious strictures were made against them in courts like the CBI court’s comment against them in the 2G-scam case and Allahabad high court’s stricture against them in the Aarushi murder case. If you want to prove anyone as a drug consumer you can. And NCB has a very good reputation for doing false actions on people and proving them as druggists.

As these people do a lot of work and diet, they have to control their hunger and all temptations they consume some drugs. Some drugs are legalized. So, if they consume, they are doing it just to do their work. But in many cases, they are doing as it is passion, especially young celebs. Narcotics Control Bureau or NCB is regarded as one of the most dishonest, if not the most corrupt of all government departments. It is mainly used to “frame” opponents by politicians since persons charged for narcotics possession could not get bail for 1 year. As a result, in 95% of cases, no judge believes the NCB pieces of evidence. So, nothing worthwhile will come from NCB and CBI investigation in the drugs case.

Recently, Mumbai’s renowned ‘Muchhad Paanwala’ was arrested in connection with the drug case. The NCB office in Mumbai for interrogation in the case also interrogated Komal Rampal, sister of Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal. Earlier, when Komal was summoned in connection to a drug-related case, she had informed the investigation agency through her lawyer that she would be unable to appear. The NCB had also conducted raids in the Bandra and Jhar areas of Mumbai and arrested UK Citizen Karan Sajnanai and Rahila Furniturewala, ex-manager of a Bollywood actress and her sister Shaista Furniturewala.

Arjun Rampal was also probed in a drug-related case. He was questioned by the NCB on November 13, after raids were conducted at his residence on November 9. His girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades was later questioned for six hours on the same day. In recent development Nawab Malik’s son-in-law Sameer Khan taken for a medical test after his arrest. There are many investigations so far and many are under arrest but none of them proven guilty or convicted in the Drug case.
