If the latest buzz is anything to go by, then the original ‘Hero’ of Hindi Cinema- Jackie Shroff – will essay role of an antagonist in Salman Khan’s ‘Hero’ remake.
Shroff’s ‘Hero’ directed by ace filmmaker Subhash Ghai was a 1983 blockbuster. The remake is being directed by Nikhil Advani and will mark the debut of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab’s son Sooraj and Suneil Shetty’s daughter Athiya.
Salman wants to launch Sooraj in a big way. He was also responsible for inspiring ‘Ishaqzaada’ Arjun Kapoor to take up acting. Hence we look forward to seeing Sooraj and Athiya’s acting prowess.
And with our very own Jaggu Dada playing the bad man in the remake of a film which launched him as lead actor in the industry, Salman’s ‘Hero’ will certainly turn out to be one of the most anticipated films of 2015.
