Omar regrets NC contesting in Anantnag-Rajouri seat against former friend turned 'selfish' 2

National Conference (NC) vice president Omar Abdullah on Saturday said it was ”unfortunate” that his party was contesting elections in the Anantnag-Rajouri parliamentary constituency against a friend who turned ”greedy” for a Lok Sabha seat.

Abdullah was apparently referring to PDP president Mehbooba Mufti contesting the polls from the seat in south Kashmir. The NC has removed its senior Gujjar leader, Mian Altaf, from the seat.

”The fight on the south Kashmir seat is not with the BJP. NC’s contest there is unfortunately with one of our friends who was with us till some days ago. Unfortunately, they left us for the greed of a seat. Our contest, at least in south Kashmir, is not with the BJP or its ‘B’ or ‘C’ teams,” Abdullah said.

He was speaking to reporters after addressing an election meeting in support of the party candidate from Srinagar Lok Sabha constituency, Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi.

The NC and PDP, who are part of the opposition’s INDIA bloc, were also a part of the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), which was formed after of the abrogation of Article 370.

The alliance broke after the NC announced to field candidates from all the three constituencies in the Kashmir valley, without leaving any seats for the PDP. The PDP also later announced to field its candidates on all the three seats.

The NC vice president said while the BJP was not directly contesting the parliamentary polls in the valley, it was supporting parties like the Apni Party and People’s Conference (PC).

”The BJP is in the field contesting elections, but the only difference is they do not have their party symbol, they are contesting on ‘cricket bat’ (Apni Party’s symbol) and ‘apple’ (PC’s symbol)… We are well aware who the BJP supports here, but they stand no chance of winning,” he added.

The former J-K chief minister said going by the response of the people, ”I hope that God willing, the NC will win all the three seats.” In response to a question about the BJP’s claims of the NDA crossing the 400-mark, Abdullah said everything would be clear after the results.

The Ladakh seat is slipping away from their hands, he claimed.

”After the polling yesterday, it seems they will not be able to save the Udhampur seat. Let us see what will happen on the Jammu seat as well,” he said.

Asked about BJP’s J-K president Ravindra Raina claiming that the party will win both the seats in Jammu, Abdullah said, ”Let me remind Raina that the elections have not taken place on the Jammu seat yet and we do not even know how many votes will be polled there. Let the voting take place first, then the BJP should claim its victory. As of now, we feel their Udhampur seat is in danger,” he said.

The NC vice president alleged the BJP claimed many things in Kashmir, but fled from contesting the polls in the valley.

”Why did they leave the field? What was their helplessness? Raina was preparing to contest the polls from the south Kashmir seat, but why did he not contest? What compulsion did they have that they had to push other parties be it ‘cricket bat’ or ‘apple’, Abdullah said, adding ”these parties were working for the BJP”.

AAP accuses ED of inaction in Sarath Reddy's Rs 60 crore donation to BJP in liquor scam case 4

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh assailed the BJP on Saturday, alleging that it took Rs 60 crore from an accused in the ”so-called” liquor scam case but the Enforcement Directorate took no action in the matter.

At a press conference here, Singh said Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and himself, were arrested in the liquor scam case without any evidence.

”Sarath Reddy, whom the ED in its charge sheet termed the kingpin of the liquor scam, gave Rs 60 crore through electoral bonds. But the agency took no action against anyone in this matter,” Singh alleged.

There was no immediate reaction from Reddy or the BJP on this.

Singh claimed that after his arrest in the liquor scam case, Reddy gave Rs 5 crore to the BJP on November 15, 2022, as a donation. After six months in jail, Reddy got bail on May 8, 2023, and within the next few days, he gave Rs 50 crore to the BJP through electoral bonds, the AAP MP added.

Singh also claimed that before his arrest, Reddy donated Rs 5 crore to the BJP in parts in 2022.

He alleged that soon after the details of the electoral bonds became public on March 21 and it was revealed that the BJP took money from Reddy, the ED raided Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal’s residence.

Zomato slapped with Rs 11.82 cr tax demand notice 6

Online food delivery platform Zomato has received a tax demand and penalty order of Rs 11.82 crore related to GST on export services provided to its subsidiaries located outside India from July 2017 to March 2021.

The order was passed by the Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax, Gurugram, raising the GST demand of Rs 5,90,94,889, with applicable interest (not quantified) and penalty of Rs 5,90,94,889.

”We believe that we have a strong case on merits, and the company will be filing an appeal against the order before the appropriate authority,” Zomato stated in a regulatory filing late evening on Friday.

It informed that the demand order has been received, ”confirming demand of GST on export services provided by the company to its subsidiaries located outside India during the period July 2017 to March 2021 by upholding that such services do not fulfil the conditions for the supply to qualify as export of service under GST”.

”The company, in its response to the show cause notice, had clarified on the allegations, along with supporting documents and judicial precedents, which appears not to have been appreciated by the authorities while passing the order,” it added.

"Congress is such a vine that has neither roots nor land, it dries up one who supports it": PM Modi 8

Warning the public to not repose faith in the INDIA bloc, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that the Congress is such a vine that has neither roots nor it has land and it dries up one who supports it. Prime Minister said that Congress did not allow Maharashtra to develop adding that it was responsible for the problems in Jammu and Kashmir.

Addressing a Vijay Sankalp meeting in Parbhani, Prime Minister Modi said, “Beware of the Congress and the INDI Alliance! Congress is such a vine, that has neither roots nor land, it dries up the one who supports it, Congress was responsible for partition. Congress was responsible for the Kashmir issue. Congress did not allow the implementation of the Constitution in Kashmir on the pretext of Article 370! Congress snatched away the rights of Dalits. Congress never allowed Maharashtra and Marathwada to develop.” Prime Minister compared the media debate of the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha polls and said that a clear shift has been noted in these five years as earlier media used to debate only about “cross-border terrorism”.

“In 2014, when I was contesting the Lok Sabha elections for the first time, what were the topics of discussion during that time? What were the topics covered in the newspapers? What were the topics discussed on TV? At that time, the talk was of the fear of terrorist attacks. Every day there was news of bomb blasts. Five years later, in 2019, the discussion of cross-border attacks stopped and the discussion of surgical strikes started, and ‘Yeh toh Modi hai ghar mein ghus kar marega’ started…” he said. Prime Minister further said that the previous Maha Vikas Aghadi government in the state ignored the problems of Maharashtra.

“The entire area of Marathwada is of farming. Black cotton, soybean, and jowar bajra are important sources of income. But Congress and MVA did not understand your troubles. The biggest challenge in this area is irrigation. During the NDA government, the Jalyukt Shivar Scheme was launched but MVA stopped this scheme,” PM said. Prime Minister also mentioned that Maharashtra is benefitting from the Centre’s schemes.

“Today everyone is getting medicines at an 80 per cent discount from Jan Aushadhi Kendras in Parbhani. More than 1.25 lakh women have been given Ujjwala gas connections here without any discrimination,” he added. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won 23 out of 25 seats it contested in alliance with the undivided Shiv Sena. Elections to the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra are being held in five phases.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seeking his third consecutive term, while the opposition bloc-INDIA- a coalition of opposition parties formed to take on the BJP in the general elections, is eyeing ousting him from power. The results of the seven-phase polls will be announced on June 4. The second phase will be held on April 26 and the remaining phases will be May 7, May 13, May 20, May 25, and June 1 accordingly. The last general elections in 2019 were also held in seven phases.

AAP alleges Kejriwal being denied insulin and doctor's consultations, calls it a 'slow death' 10

The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday alleged that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is being pushed towards a “slow death” inside Tihar jail by denying him insulin and consultations with his doctor.

Kejriwal, who has Type-2 diabetes, has been asking for insulin and a video conferencing with his family doctor but his requests are being denied by the jail administration, party spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj said in a press conference.

”I want to say with full responsibility that a conspiracy is underway for the slow death of Kejriwal,” Bharadwaj claimed citing blood sugar readings of the Chief Minister in jail.

He also slammed the Tihar administration, BJP, Centre and Delhi LG for allegedly denying insulin to Kejriwal and said the Delhi Chief Minister had been suffering from diabetes for the last 20-22 years.

On Friday, the chief minister council Senior advocate Abhishek Singhvi said Kejriwal has not been administered insulin to control his sugar levels since his arrest, terming it “shocking” and “alarming”.

The ED had on Thursday claimed before the court that Kejriwal was eating food high in sugar like mangoes and sweets every day, despite having Type-2 diabetes, to create grounds for medical bail.

Kejriwal, however, refuted the ED’s claims by asserting before a court that the food he consumed was in conformity with the diet chart prepared by his doctor.

“Out of 48 meals sent from home, only three times mangoes were there…,” Singhvi told the court.

Bharadwaj said Kejriwal was allowed by the court to use a machine in the jail to monitor his daily blood sugar levels.

”Overall, it was a conspiracy to finish Kejriwal so his multiple organ damage and when he comes out of jail after 2-4 months he goes for treatment of kidney, heart and other organs,” said Bharadwaj, who holds the portfolio of health in Delhi government.

"Maha Vikas Aghadi has no leadership…tension within Congress": Shiv Sena leader Waghmare 12

Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena leader Raju Waghmare said on Friday that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has no leadership or agenda and that there is a lot of “tension within the Congress.” Speaking with ANI, Waghmare said, “All 5 Maha Yuti candidates will get elected from the Vidarbha region; the atmosphere has changed entirely… Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has no leadership or agenda; there is a lot of tension within Congress; the party (Congress) is hollowed out completely; and people also know what will happen if the vote is given to them.”

He also expressed confidence that the voters have shown immense faith in the Maha Yuti. “In all 5 seats in the Vidarbha region, Maha Yuti will win by a huge margin. Voters and people have shown immense faith in us,” he added.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra, which has 48 seats in the 543-member Lok Sabha, saw polling in five seats on Friday. The polling was held in Chandrapur, Bhandara-Gondiya, Gadchiroli-Chimur, Ramtek, and Nagpur on Friday. As per the data from the Election Commission of India, Maharashtra saw an estimated voter turnout of 55.29 percent in phase 1 at 7:00 pm.

Meanwhile, the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) filed a complaint with the Election Commission on Friday against Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Ajit Pawar and two BJP leaders for allegedly violating the Representation of the People’s Act and poll code by promising disbursement of state finances using their official positions. The NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) is part of the opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in Maharashtra, also comprising Shiv Sena (UBT) and Congress.

“We had filed complaints with the Election Commission of India for the repeated violation of Provision VII of Model Code of Conduct and Section 123 of Representation of People’s Act by Ajit Pawar; Mangesh Chavan and Mr. Chandrakant Patil,” it said. It further claimed that the leaders have been repeatedly promising the disbursement of state finances using their official positions only if their candidate is elected.

“In blatant disregard of law and dearth of any vision, they have been repeatedly promising disbursement of State Finances using their official positions only if their candidate is elected,” the Sharad Pawar-led party said. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won 23 out of 25 seats it contested in alliance with the undivided Shiv Sena. Elections to the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra will be held in five phases. The counting of votes will be held on June 4.

Iran’s Isfahan “completely calm and secure,” says state media report hours after strikes

Iran's Isfahan "completely calm and secure," says state media report hours after strikes 14

The Central city of Isfahan is “completely calm and secure”, Al Jazeera reported citing the country’s Mehr News Agency on Friday, hours after explosions were reported near the city’s airport. “People are going on with their normal lives,” according to the live television report, which showed the early morning traffic in the city.

However, the report also mentioned that “sounds were heard over the city” in Isfahan hours earlier, adding that “several miniature UAVs were shot down”, according to Al Jazeera. Meanw hile, Iran has now lifted flight restrictions across the country, paving the way for the resumption of regular flights in all its airports.

Iranian authorities had temporarily cancelled flights over Shiraz, Isfahan, and Tehran, following the strikes. The Revolutionary Guard-affiliated news service Tasnim earlier claimed that the nation’s civil aviation authority has declared the easing of flying restrictions in the majority of airports.

Entekhab News further stated that Mehrabad, Tehran’s primary domestic airport, is now operating regularly. Iran’s air defence systems were activated in several locations after multiple explosions were heard close to the airport and an army base in the Iranian city of Isfahan, state media reported early Friday morning.

The missile launches come after Iran launched an offensive on targets around Israel on Saturday last week, according to Israeli military authorities, in which the nation fired a barrage of over 300 unmanned drones and missiles. Meanwhile, as per Syrian media reports on Friday morning, the Syrian Army’s locations in the southern Syrian governorates of As-Suwayda and Daraa were also the target of attacks. The attacks targeted Syrian military radar sites between Qarda and Izraa in Daraa, southern Syria, according to the local news outlet As-Suwayda24.

Residents of Mosul and Erbil in Iraq reported hearing the sounds of fighter jets as well on Friday during early morning hours, the Jerusalem Post reported. According to officials, Israel and its allies, which include the US, intercepted all but a small number of them. Iran launched its attack over six months after terrorists from Hamas attacked Israel on October 7 and the Israeli military started bombarding the Gaza Strip.

"Congress' shehzada mocked my Dwarka pooja for vote bank politics": PM Modi takes dig at Rahul Gandhi 16

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday hit back at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi after the Wayanad MP had mocked the Prime Minister’s visit to Dwarka where he dived into the Arabian Sea off the coast of Gujarat to perform a puja. Prime Minister said that “Congress’ Shehzada mocked his pooja at the holy site for vote bank politics”.

Addressing an election rally in Amroha, Prime Minister Modi said, “Lord Krishna went to Gujarat from here. I was born there and now I am in Uttar Pradesh. Kashi made me their MP. When I went to Dwarka, with full devotion I offered prayers but Congress’ Shehzada said there is nothing as such to offer prayers. He is insulting the thousands-year-old tradition and our faith just for his vote bank politics. He said nothing lies under the seas. And I want to ask those who called themselves Yaduvanshi in Bihar, if you are a true Yaduvanshi then how are you sitting with a party that is insulting it.” Earlier, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took potshots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for performing an underwater puja in the remains of the ancient submerged city of Lord Krishna’s Dwarka earlier in February, alleging that issues like inflation and unemployment are “not being discussed”.

“The issues of farmers, inflation, unemployment, and agniveers are the most prominent in the country today, but on TV channels, you will never see discussion on these issues. Instead, TV channels show Modi ji all 24 hours; at times he goes under the sea to do a puja and a TV camera goes with him, then he takes a flight on a seaplane,” he said. Slamming the previous state governments in Uttar Pradesh for “ignoring problems of farmers”, the Prime Minister said that the BJP government is working day and night to ease the lives of farmers.

“This area of Amroha and Western Uttar Pradesh is also known for its hardworking farmers. During Congress, SP, and BSP governments, here the problems of the farmers were neither heard nor seen nor cared for. But the BJP government is working day and night to reduce the problems of the farmers,” he said. “The sugarcane farmers of Amroha can never forget how much they were harassed earlier for payments. But today, along with record purchases of sugarcane, record payments are also being made in the state,” he added.

PM Modi further took a jibe at Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi saying that “film starring two princes is going on in UP which has already been rejected”. “Every time these people set out to ask for votes from the people of UP carrying the basket of nepotism, corruption and appeasement. In their campaign, these people leave no opportunity to attack our faith,” he said.

He also said that previous state governments kept cheating people who belonged to reserved classes. “Earlier governments in our country kept cheating SC/ST and OBC in the name of social justice. The dream that Jyotiba Phule had, the dream that Baba Saheb Ambedkar had, the dream which Chaudhary Charan Singh had, now Modi is fulfilling that dream of social justice,” he said.

He also appealed to the voters to participate in elections. “Today, the first phase of #LokSabhaElections2024 elections is taking place. This is a big day for the festival of democracy. I want to appeal to all the voters to use their rights and cast their votes,” he said.

Meanwhile, the world’s largest democratic exercise kicked off in the country today, with the first phase of polling in 102 constituencies across 21 states and Union Territories. This Lok Sabha election, to be conducted from April 19 to June 1, is set to be the second longest polling exercise in the country’s electoral history after the first general election, which was held over five months between September 1951 and February 1952.

ED attaches houses, equity shares worth nearly Rs 100 crore of actor Shilpa Shetty, husband Raj Kundra 18

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday said it has attached a bungalow and a flat, apart from equity shares, worth about Rs 98 crore to actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra in connection with a money-laundering case linked to the alleged crypto asset Ponzi scheme.

The federal agency has issued a provisional order under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) to attach the properties of the couple.

The case pertains to alleged duping of investors through the use of crypto currency like Bitcoins.

The attached properties include a residential flat in Mumbai’s Juhu, presently in the name of Shetty, a bungalow in Pune and equity shares in the name of Kundra, the federal agency said in a statement.

These assets are worth Rs 97.79 crore, it said.

A lawyer for the couple said no prima facie case has been made out against his clients and that they would cooperate with the authorities.

The money-laundering case stems from FIRs lodged by the Maharashtra Police and Delhi Police against a company named Variable Tech Private Limited, late Amit Bhardwaj, Ajay Bhardwaj, Vivek Bhardwaj, Simpy Bhardwaj, Mahender Bhardwaj and a number of multi-level marketing agents who are alleged to have collected huge amounts of funds in the form of Bitcoins (worth Rs 6,600 crore in 2017) from the public with the ”false promise” of 10 per cent monthly return in the form of Bitcoins.

It was alleged by the ED that the Bitcoins were supposed to be utilised for mining and investors were supposed to get huge returns in crypto assets, but the promoters ”cheated” them and have been concealing the ”ill-gotten” Bitcoins in obscure online wallets.

Kundra, the agency alleged, received 285 Bitcoins from the ”mastermind” and promoter of Gain Bitcoin Ponzi ”scam”, Amit Bhardwaj, for ”setting up a Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine”.

These Bitcoins were sourced out of the ”proceeds of crime” collected by Amit Bhardwaj from gullible investors, it said.

”Since the deal did not materialise, Kundra is still in possession and enjoyment of 285 Bitcoins which are presently valued at more than Rs 150 crore,” the ED claimed.

The lawyer for Shetty and Kundra said they shall follow the due process of law and take necessary steps, as prescribed under the PMLA, to protect the liberty and property of his clients.

”We have complete faith in the honourable judiciary. I believe when we make our fair representation before the honourable Enforcement Directorate, even the investigation agencies may grant justice to us.

”We have faith in the fair investigation,” advocate Prashant Patil said in a statement.

The ED arrested Simpy Bhardwaj, Nitin Gaur and Nikhil Mahajan in the case last year. They are currently lodged in jail under judicial custody.

The main accused, Ajay Bhardwaj and Mahender Bhardwaj, are absconding, the ED said, adding that it had attached properties worth Rs 69 crore in the case earlier.

Two chargesheets have been filed in the case till now, the first in June 2019 and the second in February this year.

Why did Indian police fail to capture Lawrence Bishnoi gang? 20

A 31-year-old Sikh man who converted to Christianity, Lawrence Bishnoi, is a Punjab-based gangster with numerous cases of murder and extortion against him. In spite of strict law and order, India’s police time and again failed to grip his gang and their activities. He became a more prominent name after the murder of Moosewala. Satinderjeet Brar, an associate of Lawrence Brar, also known as Goldy Brar, is a Canada-based gangster. Brar is wanted in connection with a number of serious crimes, including murder, attempted murder, and drug trafficking by Indian authorities. He was associated with Lawrence Bishnoi, another gangster of Punjabi origin who is currently imprisoned in Tihar Jail, Delhi. Brar has been named among the top 25 most wanted fugitives by Canada’s BOLO programme. A National Investigation Agency (NIA) report revealed Bishnoi Gang and Brar’s links to pro-Khalistan outfits.

Brar is a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which is one of the most notorious criminal gangs in Punjab. The gang is known for its involvement in a number of high-profile crimes, including the murder of several high-ranking police officials. The Indian government has issued a Red Corner Notice against him, which means that he can be arrested and extradited from any country that is a member of Interpol. Brar is accused of conspiring with others to acquire and supply illegal firearms, and using those firearms to commit murder and attempted murder. These gangsters are pro Khalistan activists and they are sponsored by the Canadian Khalistan, which supports Sikhs to create unrest in Punjab. Brar is currently on the run from the Indian and Canadian authorities. Many pro Khalistan brainwashed youth are members of this gang and they are trained to do terror activities.

In the recent past, two members of the Bishnoi gang fired five rounds at actor Salman Khan’s residence in Mumbai’s Bandra area. While police were probing all possibilities, a Facebook post purportedly uploaded by Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the firing. Khan had in the past received at least two threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar gang. The gang has been targeting the actor because of his alleged involvement in the 1998 Blackbuck killing case in Rajasthan. Blackbucks are considered holy by the Bishnoi community and Lawrence Bishnoi claimed that he has been upset with the actor ever since.

Last year, in March, Salman’s manager received a threat mail, following which an FIR was registered against Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, a Canada based gangster and close associate of Bishnoi, and one Mohit Garg. It referred to an interview given by Bishnoi from Tihar jail where he had threatened the actor. The email from Mohit Garg’s ID said Brar wanted to talk to the actor. It referred to the interview given by Bishnoi in which the jailed gangster issued the death threat. The email said if the actor wanted to close the matter, he should talk to Brar “face to face.” The mail further threatened that while information was passed on this time around, the next time, there would be action.

Before that, in June 2022, a threat letter was kept at a spot on Bandra Bandstand where the actor’s father, Salim Khan, would walk. The threat letter claimed that the actor would meet the fate of singer Sidhu Moosewala, who was killed in May 2022, allegedly by the Bishnoi gang. An FIR was registered regarding that threat letter as well. These gangsters not only warned Khan and his family but also planned the attack and Mumbai police were clueless.

This gang’s two young members arrived in Mumbai one month ago, and started staying on rent at Panvel. They regularly visited Salman’s residence area. They had purchased the second-hand bike from a Panvel resident. The bike-borne men fired multiple rounds at actor Salman Khan’s Bandra residence. These two wanted accused had initially planned to attack Khan in Panvel, where he has a farmhouse but somehow they failed to manage an attack. The two accused reached Bandra, fired, left their bike near Mount Mary Church, and took a train from Bandra station. The duo got off at Santacruz station and took an autorickshaw. They took the Western Express Highway to escape from the city. While police were investigating the whole incident, the social media post of Anmol Bishnoi surfaced around 11.30 am.

The post stated, “We want peace. If the only decision against oppression is war, then so be it. Salman Khan, we have done this to show you the trailer. So, you get an idea of our capabilities and don’t test us,”. The Facebook post by Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, in which he claimed responsibility for the attack, was uploaded from an IP address from Portugal, police said, adding that they are checking if a VPN was used or if it was actually uploaded from Portugal. An officer said that they have recorded the statements of two persons, including the bike owner and agent from Panvel, who sold the bike to the accused. An FIR has been registered at the Bandra police station and the matter is being probed by the Mumbai crime branch. Khan, who has Y-plus category security cover, and his family members were present at home when the firing took place. However, no one was injured.

Besides the local police, officers from crime branch unit-9, anti-extortion cell, and the crime intelligence unit have launched a parallel investigation. From a bullet shell recovered from the spot, the police suspect that a 7.6mm bore gun was used. Forensic lab officials collected samples from the spot outside Khan’s Galaxy Apartment residence. It’s extraordinarily unfortunate, as the area where Salman Khan lives is a popular area and his family is clearly under pressure. It’s a complete failure of the Home Ministry.
