I will miss my college days

Every beginning has an end and every end is a new beginning the same aspect applies to my college life too. College life is one of the best days of every individual’s life. I have written several articles on crime, politics, law and many other issues and have gained vital experience in journalism. I am also a college student pursuing my Third year of Bachelor of Mass Media. Soon I will complete my graduation but I will always cherish the memories of my college days.

Soon I will cease to be a college student hence I want to share memories which I spent with my class mates. I am a student of Thakur College of Science and Commerce and want to thank my professor. Whatever I am today is due to their efforts and blessings.

I recollect the first day of my college. While entering in the classroom I noticed too many new faces which frightened me as most of the students knew each other and I was yet to get introduced to them. After completing three years I know each and every student of the BMM course. I am sure that most of the students might have had the same experience when they entered the class for the first time.

During my college days, we bonded with senior and juniors students and it is difficult to bid adieu to them. How I can forget the time spent in class—the lectures, the exams and study groups. The separation has not been easy for me.
I and my classmates laughed, we cried, leaped have fallen down. We have felt the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat and now it’s coming to an end. Time needs to stand still so that I can continue having fun in my class. I had enjoyed every moment of my college days.

When I was in my first year my seniors used to ask us to organize a farewell for them. I began wondering why should I offer a farewell to my seniors whom I don’t know? Juniors too might be having the same opinion. However, our class used to start working for giving seniors a good farewell.

Even my juniors too had planned something unique for our farewell. Juniors adopted a unique strategy to invite us which really impressed me. The strength of TYBMM is more than 100 students. Juniors personally invited every student by mentioning their name in the greeting cards which is a rare incident in the history of the BMM department. I am grateful to my juniors for coming up with an innovative idea.

A farewell is organized for us on 22nd February. It will be an emotional day for us because we have spent three years in college together. All of sudden we have to bid adieu to everyone which will be an emotional moment for all of us. The whistle has blown, the game is over, it’s time to go home. I would like to dedicate this article to my classmates and my professor. I will miss my friends and the good moments spent with them.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui re-visits theatre days with ‘Ghoomketu’

Nawazuddin-Siddiqui_3After doing comedy in his theatre days, actor NawazuddinSiddiqui is excited to try comedy for the first time with his film ‘Ghoomketu’.

“`Ghoomketu` is an out-and-out comedy film and I am doing such a film for the first time. However, I did a lot of comedy during my theatre days,” the 39-year-old said here Wednesday at the Top Gear awards.

“The star cast of the film is very good, AnuragKashyap, SwanandKirkire my batchmate and RaghubirYadav,” he added.

Besides ‘Ghoomketu’, Nawazuddin has six to seven films lined up for the year.

“Besides `Ghoomketu` there is `Mountain Man`, Ketan Mehta`s `Monsoon shootout` and `Liar`s Dice` which was at the Sundance festival this time. Another film is `Haramkhor`,” said Nawazuddin.

He was recently seen in ‘Miss Lovely’ and ‘The Lunchbox’.

No issues with bold scenes: Alia Bhatt

alia-bhatt-hotAlia Bhatt already seems to be getting experimental – after playing a fashion-conscious and arrogant young girl in her debut film ‘Student Of The Year’ she will now be seen as a deglamourised character in ‘Highway’. She says she won`t do something as bizarre as going bald for a movie, but she`s game to being bold.

Her father, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, is known to have produced several bold movies like ‘Murder’, ‘Jism’, ‘Raaz’ and ‘Kalyug’ and Alia doesn`t find it tough to take up bold roles.

So what if she started her career with a typical Karan Johar film? The actress said: “I would love to do a film like `Murder`.”

“As far as my limitations are concerned, I would never shave my head for any role and so far as bold scenes are concerned, I have no issues at all,” the 20-year-old said.

Her connect with her father goes beyond her appreciation for his body of work. She keeps her personal life private, but admits she turns to him for advice regarding her professional decisions.

“I don`t discuss my personal life with my father, but I discuss my work with him a lot. We have become closer since I have become an actor. My mother (SoniRazdan) tries to ask everything, but I keep things to myself,” she said.

As a person, she believes she is like her father.

“I have his will power. I am like him and I value my audience,” she said.

Alia is also very sensitive and protective of what people say of her family members.

“I don`t like it when people go on about my family. Because of me, they bring in my father and sister (Pooja Bhatt) and I don`t like it. Write as much as you want to about my clothes…I don`t care, but I am very protective about my family.

Harman has great potential as an actor, feels ShilpaShetty

harman-shilpaActress Shilpa Shetty is so much impressed with Harman Baweja`s performance as gangster Vicky Kartoos in ‘Dishkiyaoon’ that she sees the film as Harman`s first film and feels the actor has not been tapped to his true potential as an actor.

“For me `Dishkiyaaoon` is Harman`s first film, really. After this film, you are surely going to like him,” Shilpa said here Wednesday at the launch of a song from the film.

“I really feel that he has not been tapped of his true potential. He is a very hard working boy. He has worked really hard over his character of Vicky Kartoos in the film,” she added.

Harman made his acting debut in 2008 with “Love Story 2050”. Later, he was seen in the films ‘Victory’, ‘What`s Your Raashee?’ and recently in ‘GoriTerePyaar Mein’, where he did a cameo.

However, now Shilpa feels the audience would not only love the film but also Harman, who has done a fantastic work in the film.

“He (Harman Baweja) deserves to get your (audience) love. I hope this film becomes a hit and I wish he gets all the love from the audience,” Shilpa said.

Slated to release March 28, ‘Dishkiyaoon’ is an action thriller. Directed by debutant Sanamjit Singh Talwar, the film also features actor Sunny Deol and newcomer Ayesha Khanna.

Katrina Kaif’sDost Protocol: she says Salman is just a message away

Katrina-KaifKatrina Kaif’s relationship status with RanbirKapoor may be complicated or even non-existent at present but at least the Dhoom 3 actress has one alleged ex-boyfriend she can count on.

In an interview, Katrina Kaif said: “Salman Khan is always there, he is always just a message away. I am still very much in touch with him.”

Trouble in the Katrina-Ranbir paradise was reported after their recent holiday to New York and though they were spotted at Aamir Khan’s some weeks ago – albeit arriving separately – they are believed to have spent Valentine’s Day apart.

Salman, on the other hand, is famously close to both Katrina as well as another ex-girlfriend, former model and actress SangeetaBijlani. And it’s not just the muscle-bound Dabangg star who watches out for Katrina, the entire Khan-daan does. “We are the only family she has here. She gets pulled up by me, my sister, my father, my mother. And she has to listen, she’s good at listening,” Salman told sources in 2012, a day before the blockbuster EkTha Tiger – starring Salman and Katrina – released.

So it was Salman Katrina turned to when it came to her sister Isabel’s Bollywood debut – Dr Cabbie, which co-stars Speedy Singhs’ VinayVirmani and The Big Bang Theory’s KunalNayyar, features Salman’s name as co-producer.

Of course, Salman knows all about Being Human but, when it comes to Katrina Kaif, we suspect it goes a little further than just being gentlemanly towards an former flame.

Why are youth joining AAP?

Large number of persons, including young journalists is rushing to join AAP simply because other parties behaved like a closed and elitist cub and failed to provide adequate opportunities to youth. If someone starts a party New Bollywood and starts offering roles to young boys and girls, you will notice a bigger gate crashing there.

Arvind Kejriwal is smart. He must have told his wife, “Tu sarkari naukri pakad ke rakh, main jara PM ban leta hoon”. He is in a win-win situation.

Governing a vast country like India is not easy. Political parties are not honest about what they say and do not stick to it. Chidambaram pointed out that political parties have interest in both Telangana and Andhra and that is why they keep backtracking on the state’s bifurcation. We tend to work better when fear is instilled in us. AAP is claiming corruption reduced during their reign in Delhi but the same thing occurred during emergency. Everybody started reporting to office in time but once emergency was lifted, we reverted back to our wicked ways. “Bhaya bin hoi na preet”. Corruption will be drastically reduced if there is fear of law. Swift trial and prompt conviction is to be assured. If you go to Saudi- Arabia, people on streets ( those who are not Muslims) are worried about eating anything during Ramadhan as action might be taken against them.

Once I was joining a ship in such a port the agent advised me to refrain from having food till we reach the confines of his office. Drugs are freely available in India due to poor implementation of laws in the country. Though things are improving but still we continue to throw garbage on the street. Emulate this act in Singapore and watch the result. The fear of heavy fines prevents people from littering streets.

India is lagging behind in manufacturing activities because we are not giving importance to work and indulge in gossiping and office politics. Have you ever heard Lal Krishna Advani and Sushma Swaraj speaking about the importance of technical and skill development matters? They always talk about petty politics and do not offer an opportunity for youngsters to come up. Therefore, youth are dissatisfied and are rushing to join AAP. Vote for one party of your choice because the greedy coalition partners only will stall growth and spread corruption which will prove to be a major hindrance in the country’s development.

Elizabeth-BanksActress Elizabeth Banks says her two sons Felix and Magnus Mitchell are like little clowns, who always make her laugh.

The 40-year-old actress and her husband Max Handelman welcomed Felix and Magnus via surrogacy, reported People magazine.

“They make me laugh constantly. Everything they do is funny, literally.

They`re two little clowns. All they do is make me laugh. They love cars and trains and trucks, so we`re big on the Petersen Automotive Museum and also Travel Town (Museum) here in Los Angeles,” Banks said.

“I love to get them outside, running and climbing and jumping, and developing those big motor skills,” she added.

Emma Stone: Did She Take Naked Selfies?

Emma-StoneWhile Emma, 25 and her boyfriend and co-star Andrew Garfield keep their relationship pretty much under wraps, these pics do anything but! We could sit here and describe them in detail, but it’s better for you to just take a look for yourself.

We’ve seen Emma looking sexy before in photo shoots and partaking in hot sex scenes in movies — hello Ryan Gosling in Crazy, Stupid, Love, and in Gangster Squad. However, that doesn’t mean she’d ever do a fully nude scene.

In 2011, the actress told The New Zealand Herald newspaper that it actually wasn’t an option at all.
“My dad would kill me if I posed naked,” she told the newspaper. “He wouldn’t speak to me again and I really love my dad, so that’s always something that makes me a little nervous.”

Well then lets hope pops hasn’t seen these. do you think they are of her?

Bruce Jenner ‘Hates’ His ‘Man Boobs’

Bruce Jenner buys a paddle board at a local surf shop in malibu, CABruce Jenner is finding it hard to be comfortable in his own skin; so much so that he has taken great pains to remove — and rearrange — much of it. After going through some face and neck surgeries, Bruce is now targeting the “moobs” on his chest, sources close to the former head of the Kardashian household reveal.

Bruce has been on a mission to regain that old body he developed on his way to winning the gold medal in the 1976 Olympic Games, but the former decathlete has fallen way short of the good old days in recent years — and lately he’s been undergoing some eye-popping surgeries to get that body back!

“Bruce is definitely concerned with his looks and always has been,” a source close to the family tells “[Being on] the show made him more hyper-aware. Certain angles make him look like he has ‘man boobs.’ He knows that, and he hates it.”

It’s this “moobs” hatred that has led the Keeping Up With TheKardashians star to the decision to focus on his chest and reduce or completely remove what look to be the early stages of breasts.

Kim Kardashian: Has She Had Plastic Surgery? — Doctors Speak Out

kim-plasticDr. David Cangello, M.D., Director Of Plastic Surgery at JUVA Skin, Laser and Plastic Surgery Center and board certified plastic surgeon who has not treated Kim tells:
“She may have had some fillers to her cheek bone areas, and her lips do look plumper and slightly more everted. These effects are usually achieved by adding filler material to the lips. Common fillers for the lips are Restylane and Juvederm. They last around 6 months. The same fillers can be used in the cheek bone areas, but there are other commonly used fillers for this area as well such as Radiesse, and a newly FDA approved filler Voluma that I commonly inject. We were the first office to have access to this filler in NY. It lasts up to 2 years! Cost for it is around $1,200. Whereas Restylane and Juvederm are around $900 per syringe.”

Dr. Bruce Katz, Clinical Professor of Dermatology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Director of the Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Clinic at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Director of the Juva Skin & Laser Center in New York explains further: “Kim may be using the new filler Voluma. It’s the first filler for the mid-face area to fill in the cheeks. It lasts about 2 years, longer than any other filler. It gives lift in the cheeks for volume like Kim has. As people age, their cheeks collapse and they loose volume. The injection is done on the bone but the patient feels very little pain. It only takes about 15 minutes.

Stars are probably lining up before the Oscars for this! There are really no side effects and actually, it’s very rare but there is a correctable called Vitrase that erases or dissolves the Voluma. But I’ve never used it because people always love the results!”
