Amid the pain and suffering in Paris, a French Muslim man stood blindfolded near a mourning sight at Place de la Republique and asked people to hug him if they trust him.
The two signs read, “I’m a Muslim, but I’m told that I’m a terrorist” and “I trust you, do you trust me? If yes, hug me.”
People in large number hugged him and he thanked everyone.
He said, “I am a Muslim but that doesn’t make me a terrorist. I never killed anybody.”
The attacks on November 13, which killed at least 129 people and wounded 352, including 99 critically, were the first ever suicide bombings on French soil.
