How to raise your vibrations and frequencies

Hi once again, I hope you had a terrific week. I receive a lot of queries during my seminars on how to raise personal energies, vibrations and frequencies. There is no denying that once you achieve that, you connect to the frequencies of your desires allowing them to manifest. What I am sharing with you, though it is of a metaphysical nature and has a lot of scientific backing as well. Once we are able to raise our frequency a lot of other things fall into place and go in our favour. I will suggest three aspects that can help raise your frequency vibration. Before we start, let us understand about frequency and vibration. The most important thing to know is that everything in the physical world and non-physical world vibrates at a frequency if we look at it through the eyes of particle physics or quantum physics. In the quantum world everything exists as a particle or as a wave. A particle is collapsed from a wave through intention or observation and then it carries a certain frequency. I do not want to confuse you too much with the science behind this. The only reason, I am highlighting this is that for the purpose of raising our own frequencies we need to understand what it is all about. Everything in life operates at a frequency, whether it’s a sound wave, a light wave, a microwave or a radio wave.

If you were to look at something solid like a rock or a stone or a piece of iron and if you were to observe at it through the eyes of a quantum physicist, you wouldn’t see it as a solid matter. If you were to view at it through a microscope, you would see it constantly vibrating at a frequency. Similarly with the human body, it is constantly vibrating and has its own unique frequency and if we raise that frequency we tend to feel lighter. We radiate more and if we have a low frequency we tend to feel more gravitational and heavier. Here is an amazing piece of news. It has been proven through experiments that disease cannot survive in the human body in high frequencies. Disease shows up when the body is operating at a low frequency. So the big question is how do we shift that? People make a mistake here. I see that they are trying to do something. Here it’s very important to understand that you were not born at a low frequency, so when it comes to raising your frequency it’s really about what to do less of rather than what to do more of. Your natural frequency is naturally high. You are not born to be unhealthy, if you do all the right things then health is a natural by product of that. Look at disease or being unhealthy as the absence of health. Just like you can’t turn on darkness it is simply the absence of light.

So, in order to raise our frequency we have to take away things that are blocking it rather than find things that are going to raise it. Second step to achieve this is to understand the power of relaxation. Remember, stress is a killer. It has now been proven by medical science that stress has a direct link to almost all diseases. It lowers our frequency to a very gravitational level. Learning how to relax or taking up some kind of meditation is a huge key to that. In my forthcoming columns, I shall highlight simple ways to meditate. Once you start meditating on a regular basis you feel less stressed. The key to understand is that it all boils down to how you feel. Not what somebody else says or what sounds good in a book. Once you lower stress you will naturally raise your frequency. The third step is getting into high frequency states.

We all know that the low frequency states, depression, anxiety, fear, revenge, guilt, shame, anger, being upset. High frequency states are love, gratitude and joy. Gratitude is the best way to get into a high frequency state. Being enthusiastic about something raises your frequency. Here is a quick tip for all the ladies reading this, you want to save money on makeup and enthusiasm is the least expensive and most beneficial cosmetic in the world. Enthusiasm lights you up and raises you to a very high frequency. Get enthusiastic about something, so for your passions do something you enjoy. Also remember that gratitude is a shortcut for you, make a list of what you are grateful for. Remember the good and the bad are simultaneously available in your memory. If I were to ask you to write down everything that is not going right in your life you could instantly write it, similar is the case with good things. Also joy and forgiveness are fantastic ways to raise your frequencies. Learning how to change your frequencies with these three simple things can transform everything, don’t over complicate it. Go enjoy a high frequency day and impact everyone who comes in your range with your frequencies.
