Ever since Subrata Roy was arrested he is facing trials and tribulations. Once upon a time sports lover now face attachment order of his Aamby Valley property near Lonawala. He was magnanimous in offering few flats for the successful Indian team members when Sourav Ganguly was leading the side. Now that property worth Rs 39000 crores is going out of Subrata Roy’s hands as he faces more charges and his survival is challenged in a court of law. The apex court also asked Sahara Group to provide it within two weeks the list of unencumbered properties, which can be put on public auction to realise the remaining Rs.14000 crore of the principal amount around Rs. 24000 crores that has to be deposited in the SEBI-Sahara account refunding money to the investors. Subrata Roy is facing a testing time and SC is finding every way of recovering the liabilities as in the case of Vijay Mallya.
