BMC election assumed greater importance as three cornered contest in many places making it more interesting. A holiday announcement has been made so that more and more people would like to exercise their franchise in the civic body elections this time. Even though Sena stands to gain due to the split with BJP, the Saffron party is hoping to get lion’s share of the votes this time and take the fight to enemy’s camp. It is anybody’s guess and we hope a single largest party get the majority and go ahead and manage BMC single handedly.
