Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bharadwaj couldn’t have asked for more! Their latest production- ‘Haider’ has garnered an overwhelming response on YouTube.
The trailer of the film which was launched Tuesday, has got more than 1,464,000 hits so far.
Shahid took to Twitter to thank people for their support. ‘Haider’ is Bharadwaj’s yet another William Shakespeare adaptation. Based on ‘Hamlet’, ‘Haider’ has an awe-inspiring star cast with power house of talent Irrfan Khan, Tabu, Kay Kay Menon and newbie Shraddha Kapoor.
Set in the backdrop of a Kashmir, ‘Haider’ is a story of a young boy who vows to avenge his father’s death.
The film is slated to release on October 2.
