After months of speculation about the father-son Dhawan duo working on a comedy film, it was announced that David Dhawan would direct Varun for the sequel of Salman Khan’s 1996 smash hit, Judwaa.
After Varun Dhawan confirmed his presence in ‘Judwaa 2’, it is now being speculated that Shraddha Kapoor has signed on one of the two leading ladies of the film.
While Kapoor’s spokesperson denies the rumour, a source said, “This will be the second time that Varun will be seen with Shraddha. Their pairing in the 2015 dance drama ‘ABCD 2’ was received well by the audience and the makers want to cash in on that. The other actress is yet to be finalised.”
The film will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and the action sequences will be choreographed by Fast and Furious 7 action director, Spiro Razatos.
