Stealing of laptops in the city is on the increase and the cops find it very difficult to nab the culprits and it is up to the person, who lost the valuable to go in with CCTV recordings or the number plate of the auto or some other evidences. What is the role of cops? They are helpless to find out the culprits and are not up to the task of apprehending the culprits. This is happening for sometimes now and the law and order situation is going from bad to worse. Once traced out by the laptop owner, then the police are not coming out with quick steps to hand over the lost item. Time and again, police are lagging behind and the culprits are having freehand to commit crime again and again.
