Success story of Scorpene class submarine

It was indeed a landmark achievement in the history of Indian venture, the third indigenously built Scorpene class submarine Karanj and it is a landmark achievement.  India’s first Scorpene Submarine floated out at the Mazagaon Docks to establish our power at the Navy front. The Kalvari class is a class of diesel-electric attack submarines based on the Scorpène-class submarine being built for the Indian Navy. The submarines are designed by French naval defence and energy company DCNS and are being manufactured by Mazagon Dock Limited in Mumbai. Kalvari is the Malayalam word given for the first submarine. Submarines are potent weapons for any country aspiring to be a global power. Thus a submarine can be potent threat to our hostile neighbours. Build indigenous with technical know how gained through experience, this submarine will be named after the first Indian submarine INS Karanj. We are a potent power in ocean waters when enemies chose to attack through sea. Let us hope the latest Scorpene Submarines proved to be a useful tool in inflicting causality in enemy’s camp. The state of the art technology utilised for constructing the submarines ensured superior stealth features such as advanced acoustic silencing techniques, low radiated noise levels, and a high hydro-dynamically optimised shape and make a forceful attack on the enemy entering through sea water.
