It is indeed a dream come true to have residential accommodation in Navi Mumbai. In next two months there are two events will grace the Navi Mumbai, which will definitely change the scenario of this city. CREDAI-BANM organised 16th Mega Property Exhibition from 8th to 11th January, 2016 at CIDCO Exhibition Centre Vashi is a boon to the prospective buyers in the satellite city. The four day exhibition cum sale of property in the vicinity is a welcome move to lure buyers, as the real estate market is experiencing downfall.

The big and leading real estate developers have pioneered several innovative concepts in green building technologies. The environment friendly buildings take into account ways and means to conserve energy, reduce emissions and avoid waste. Green homes as well as business parks can adapt to the changing environment, making them safe and secure. Whatever said and done, by simply issuing environmental notices it is not going to control pollution. Our people should learn the art of maintaining pollution free environment with time bound programmes. People should get to know the awareness and create an infrastructure to encourage indigenous innovation in the green space. The over populated city could not divert most of our construction wastes in the best way possible. To prevent pollution Solar panels on the roof should be laid to go green. Most of the building materials have to be sourced locally so as to cut down on the carbon footprint and the gas emissions.

Based on usage of the state-of-art technologies from concept till completion, the facility should be treated as a live example that will change all our built space neat and clean in the days to come. Further, one should have the mentality to minimize unhealthy VOC paints, primers, finishes on fixtures and wood. Again, the floor tiles should be easy to clean and no carpets should be laid as the dust under the carpet is the cause of dust allergy and one should make it a point to minimize use of adhesives.  There lies India’s most sustainable and smartest pollution free environment. Environmental notices apart the people should practice the need for foreseeing the future and hence you can breathe easy always.
