Actress Anna Kendrick says it is more “flattering” when a woman is interested in her.
The Pitch Perfect star said it makes her “feel pretty good” when someone of the same sex is interested in her.
“It’s flattering. If a guy is (interested in) you, it’s like, congratulations. So if a girl wants to (date) me, I can actually feel pretty good about that,” she said.
The 31-year-old actress also opened up about her girl crushes, admitting “it’s not purely platonic admiration”.
“It’s funny, isn’t it? I can’t imagine how that manifests itself for straight men with guy crushes but when girls have girl crushes, I feel like there’s this sort of puppy love that’s hard to explain. It’s not a grown-up attraction, but it’s not purely platonic admiration either,” she said.
