Earlier it was reported that Anurag Kashyap’s next was based on the story of the serial killer Raman Ragav from the 1960s. Well, the latest is that the film titled Raman Raghav 2.0 will be premiere at Cannes. Tweeting about the same, Anurag posted, “Raman Raghav 2.0 to premiere at Cannes Directors Fortnight.. Congratulations team”.
Later an overjoyed Amruta Subhash, who features in the film also tweeted, “My next film RR2.0 directed by Anuraag kashyap starring navaz is having its world premiere at Cannes!”
Produced by Phantom Films, Raman Raghav 2.0 features Nawazuddin Siddiqui playing the title role while Masaan actor Vicky Kaushal plays the role of a cop. The film is slated to release in India on May 27.
