The girl, daughter of a cop couple, was kidnapped when she was returning from coaching classes for civil services exam in MP Nagar area. The police said all the accused have been arrested.

The victim has been identified as a 19-year-old college girl who is a BSc student and a civil service aspirant. As per reports, after surviving the incident, when the girl went to the police station to file the complaint, the Government Railway Police (GRP) turned her down. The incident took place on October 31.
