What is the purpose of increasing the withdrawal limit when none of the ATMs are functioning? We have gone 20 years behind whereby we have to go to the bank, take a token and wait for the teller to offer us our cash. We are at the mercy of the bank employees, Finance Minister and PM. This is not achche din but bahut bure din for India.
