LPG cylinder explosion in Mankhurd is one more case of carefree attitude of the user when there is a suspected gas leak. Any alleged gas leak should be attended in priority basis without wasting time. Both the user and the service provider should have a concern for people staying along with them. The cylinder explosion killed three of family in Mankhurd and 12 others were injured in a major blast. In case of a gas leak the intensity of the leak is to be ascertained before actually trying to plug it. The people staying inside the building should be evacuvated at the earliest possible time to avoid death in case of the building collapse. People trying to stay indoors to safeguard the interest of their belongings and properties will face problem and may lose their life in the event of an explosion. That is what happened in the Mankurd cylinder explosion.
