Today’s youngsters suffer from blood pressure, diabetes, heart ailments and depression which were hitherto considered as old age diseases. Even though advanced medicines available but the mental health of the people are at an all time low levels. Work pressure deadlines, irregular eating habits, abusing one’s body by consuming tobacco and alcohol is the reason for the poor health. Today more people are dying of depression and mental diseases than by fatal ailments like cancer.
Health is the real wealth in life and it’s high time people realise this fact and invest in their own good health. Exercise and eating right is the key to wellness and people should refrain from taboos like alcohol and tobacco. Sound sleep is equally important which should not be neglected. Medicines have lot of side effects and they can be avoided if one leads a restrained life of eating right and regular physical exercise!
