Once again our Judiciary gives great whip for Criminal politicians by setting up fast track Court. A common citizen expects court to preserve Justice in our society. We are expecting political changes in our society. So here also VIP treatment is going to be given to culprits. It seems the decision is taken keeping in view, the upcoming General Elections. Why did the SC fail to take a novel step to look into the long pending civil or criminal cases? What is the legal hierarchy of the special courts? If convicted, the corrupt will always appeal to High and Supreme courts and the process will still continue to take another 20 years. Instead of special courts High courts should have additional resources to try out these cases. Anyway, Hats off to the Hon’ble Supreme Court for this far reaching verdict. Let us hope that all those who have been alleged to be involved in all these cases, would make the much needed amends in their life style and would no longer consider themselves to be above the law of the land.
