Legalise prostitution

Child abuse cases in Bangkok and other international cities where prostitution is legal are nonexistent or minimal. Cases of molestation and rapes are results of sexual frustration and children become soft targets. Most times even the parents or the child too is not aware that he is abused sexually till the matter gets serious. Sexual abuse can have great psychological affect on the development of a child with long lasting adverse affect and needs to be taken seriously. Education is the need of the hour which makes it easier to detect child abuse both for the child and the society. It should not be considered as a taboo. Else, most such cases would not be revealed and offender would go scot-free.

Solutions are counselling which is very necessary for both the abused and the abuser as this is a mental condition which needs to be solved with love and care. Law too should intervene as a stern punishment can act as a deterrent. Prostitution in the country too should be legalised so that the deprived can satisfy their sexual lust in a safe manner instead of targeting children.
