NOTA should be converted into Right-To-Reject

Very important and senior personality summoning political ruler of a state on his regular controversial and funny statements establishes a bitter fact of political jokers with lack of even elementary knowledge ruling people. Such political rulers exist at top posts in rival political parties, confusing people on whom to vote when no one seems to be fit for getting their votes.

When all other postings require some minimum educational qualification, there must be some to be in the legislature. Rather being in the legislature and for being eligible to rule and govern people is much more important than all other tasks, all those desiring to contest any direct or indirect election should pass a specially designed course to be started simultaneously in all universities. It is ridiculous that highly qualified officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) have to work under such political rulers who at times completely lack elementary general knowledge.

Till the first batch clears such a course, at least Bachelor degree should be a must for being in the legislature. At the same time, None-Of-The-Above (NOTA) should be converted into Right-To-Reject wherein all those getting less than NOTA in a constituency may be disqualified for a lifetime to contest elections to ensure political parties giving party-tickets only to deserving persons and also to motivate deserving youth to enter political system presently dominated by professional and dynastic politicians.
