India put up an spirited defense for Kulbhushan Jadhav at the International court of Justice at Hague but does Pakistan really care for any legal system and there is a fear that Jadhav could even be executed before ICJ trial ends. Pakistan is a dictator state where its army generals too do not follow their elected governments orders and commands. India should warn our hostile neighbour of warfare if they play dirty tricks on Jadhav.
Media should not overplay Jadhav trial on live television as that would instigate army generals across the border which goes against Kulbhushan who is fighting a losing battle. India should impose pressure on Pakistan through United States and other nations that fund Pakistan economy that thrives on their grants.
Tit for tat is what is required to teach Pakistan a lesson and if Jadhav is executed, we should do likewise with Pakistanis who are in our jails for some crime or the other!
