Pay attention to education sector

Almost every country except ours gives a lot of importance to the education sector. This is because an educated nation contributes a lot towards the progress and development of a country. Without a good education, a country will remain stagnant in a place forever. The state of education in Jharkhand is deplorable. Education institutes are still using out-of-date books because of which students are missing out on a lot of things. Inexperienced or under qualified teachers are appointed at both the private and public education institutions. Although a child learn good manners from home, a teacher also plays an important role in shaping the personality of a student. For many young students, teachers are a role model. They look up to them. But these days, the teacher-student relationship is not as strong as it used to be. When inexperienced teachers will be hired, students will suffer a lot. Instead of getting a good education, these students waste their time.

In many government schools, there is no furniture for students to sit on. These problems are highlighted on a regular basis, but the authorities haven’t taken any action to date. In Jharkhand, both the federal and provincial governments have carried out multiple development projects. But not one of these projects relates to the uplift of the education sector. Our country cannot achieve the status of being a developed one unless the authorities pay much-needed attention to the education sector.
