Actress Saiyami Kher, whose debut film “Mirzya” failed to work at the box office, says what matters the most to her is that people liked her work in the Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directorial.
Along with Saiyami, actor-producer Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan made his debut in the film, a take on the tragic love story of Mirza-Sahiban.
Saiyami said: “We had put our hard work in the film for two years and the reason I took the project was because I liked the script and not because I had an expectation that it will enter the Rs 100-crore club. What matters to me is that people liked our work.”
“People still ask me if I will be seen sharing screen space with Harshvardhan again, which is an accomplishment.”
