The senior citizens of this nation have the very strong wish from the coming general budget that there should be no taxes and bank charges on any type of their savings account transactions, nor they will be forced to keep minimum balance in their savings account. They must have the zero balance facility. They should also not be charged for using their debit cards. Nearly 80 per cent of the Indian senior citizens have no income at all. They completely depend on their wards.
