It was unfortunate that PV Sindhu lost to Okuhara of Japan in three sets and ended up winning silver medal. Her tenacious fight till the last point was admirable and outstanding. With better killer instinct approach she could have gone for the gold and upset the applecart. In 2016 she also reached to final of Olympics. The never say die attitude of Sindhu brought her silver medal. She lost the gold but won million hearts with her stupendous show on the court. Sindhu is a shining star on Indian horizon and she deserves all the praise. Better luck next time to the Indian shuttle star. This was PV Sindhu’s third World Badminton Championships medal and 7th overall for India. Kudos to Sindhu.
