The real test of BMC is over and we think in terms of development of the metro city and its surrounding areas. Now we have a mayor to look up the infrastructure and the development and there is no need for wait and watch approach. Both BJP and Shiv Sena joined hands at a right time and we feel that it is time to plan and the puzzle is over as of now. MMRDC and the Mayor should co-ordinate and make things move in a proper direction. City planning needs to be addressed on a priority basis and DP 2034 can be achieved in a most convincing way if seeds are sown from here on. The agenda includes a special zone for hawkers and for other traders followed by paying importance to the Parking problem in the city. We have the infrastructure and the will to achieve and with sufficient funds in hand we can make our dream come true in the days to come and we could see a clean and green Mumbai.
