Stop indulging in divisive politics

Let us be honest all of us love money, glamour and of course, a sexy derriere. Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav is better experienced than me and you. By now he has realized that money and pomp are what that make the world go round. He had criticized his son Akhilesh Yadav for failing to complete projects as per schedule. Singh also criticized Akhilesh that he is only good at laying foundation stones of projects and fails to monitor the progress of projects.

Mulayam also held the laptop scheme responsible for the Samajwadi Party’s defeat in Lok Sabha election. According to him people used these devices to watch the speeches delivered by Narendra Modi. The statement comes as a major embarrassment to UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav since the free laptop scheme was his dream project. Interestingly, the CM shelved the scheme immediately after the election results came in. Mulayam Singh is right. He must ride on a colonial “buggy” because, “Zindagi na milegi dobara”.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court had issued fresh non-bailable warrant against self-styled godman Rampal. Even if the court sentences Rampal to death the case will prolong for several years. He will enjoy all facilities in jail. Underworld don Abu Salem will make a film on himself depicting all beauties that had fallen for him. Who knows, he may even want Salman Khan to play his role since he has often considered himself to be better looking than him.

“Zindagi ek safar hai suhana, yahan kal kya ho kisne jana…” , so enjoy life. See, even Prime Minister Narendra Modi is enjoying with pink foot wear at Sydney. Kim Kardashian has cancelled her appearance in the reality show Bigg Boss due to visa issues. People were eagerly looking forward for her entry into the show.

Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan had said that Taj Mahal is a tomb of two Muslims and should be handed over to the Waqf Board. Why he is issuing such statements today? Is he feeling alienated? He is trying to create misunderstanding by issuing such comments.

VHP leader Ashok Singhal said that Delhi had got a Hindu government after 800 years. Does that mean that governments headed by Lal Bahadur Shastri, Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh were not Hindu governments? And this is after his proclamation that “Hindu” is all pervading. It is such unwarranted utterances that prompt Azam to claim that Taj was built by his ancestors. Political leaders should refrain from indulging in divisive politics which will hamper the nation’s development.
