Whom do you prefer as your boss, ‘female or male’?

She is worshipped in the form of idol but in actual, she failed to receive equal respect and reciprocation in spite of having all strength and courage to fight the odds and evils. Still, she struggles to restore her dignity. All these issues have been addressed in their own atypical way, depending on the context and taboos. I did a quick Google to know the famous, never ending and perhaps inevitable debate of ‘Female boss vs Male boss’. It is an untimely thing to do. But, in present scenario, have you ever noticed that administration by men and administration by women is completely different? Of course, not in the context of having pink walls v/s grey walls, I am asking in terms of actual way of business or administration, irrespective of what the domain is. If woman in the office is leading a team, her way of getting things is totally different than the one by a man. Recently, I received an SMS which read “If all the nations were female, there would no world war, just few countries not talking to each other!” Really? I think, girls and guys of present generation need to get their heads up from the pink Fridays to Monday blues. If Hitler could commit holocaust so can any other female dictator. Talking about dictator, the only dictator-styled administration that I could observe was by Indira Gandhi in India; who can ever forget Operation Blue Star done under the orders of Congress-led government? Well, many can forget this and history chapters do not teach them about it as we have tendency to praise our leaders. For kids, Chacha Nehru was the epic leader and Indira Gandhi was the 3rd Prime Minister of India.

Women, usually the ones who are feminists, are more against the male dominated world and tend to show their shoulder higher than the man but, at the same time, to proclaim the justice for any mishappenings, she has to turn towards the female benefits. It is still unknown why woman is so aggressive when she comes under power, many examples: Mayawati, Sushma, etc. Women are totally unpredictable by nature but are also blamed for speaking up, when it is not required. Woman as an administrator who keeps secrecy but sometimes speaks up can be dangerous because it is not just about her but also about the people associated with her. Woman when ruling or holding power, gets emotional, she can turn nasty and frustrated. Ideally, it has been observed that an envy woman usually hurts another woman when a man is involved without thinking if her arguments are rational or just for the heck of it. On the contrary, when it comes to disputes, as a bigger and wiser hierarchy, men are usually found less egoistic and more practical towards handling their issues than women. After doing a quick Google, I figured that as per study by Forbes, women who are feministic would prefer working under a man than working under a woman but, the same woman when asked, said she would make a better boss than other men but, cannot stand another woman over her. However, a non-feministic woman is liberal enough to work under anyone, may it be man or a woman, as long as her salary and basic peace is not challenged. Now that sounded fanatically, quite blonde! Ideally, men when incharge of any administration will not throw their wits out to secure another man or to avenge a reasonably defeated argument but a woman will.

IQ is Intelligent Quotient and EQ is Emotional Quotient. There is a great need of a balanced IQ and EQ for a person who rules and administers even the smallest of change. Practically, it has been observed that heartbreaks are often taken easily by woman who is working but men often lose onto their performance. On the other side, a side-lined lost argument is often taken up by woman more than by a man. This clearly shows that woman have higher level of ego when it comes to self-declaration and on the edge note when a woman is feminist by nature, it clearly shows that her ego is at peak, not just at emotional or intelligence level but also at the basic instinct where nature has defined their gender! I won’t go in depth for that (pun intended) but, woman who strive to rule and govern are often seen demanding for more and this raise in self-demands, can be anything, a recognition, a heartfelt testimonial or even if it just means proving themselves by any means possible.

Woman may not be the reason for another woman coming up in an organisation. In fact, a recent study has shown that where woman bosses rule, other woman working under her is left at the same designation. Woman is way more choosey when it comes to promoting anyone, whether it is office, home or even in her heart! Since, we already talked about the core reasons why a woman may or may not be the right person to rule or govern, it also means that I should be responsible in telling all my girls why we should rule! We should rule because we like discipline, cleanliness, liberal approach and we always strive in enchanting everything that comes our way, from dressing up our barbie to asking our men to shave regularly (*wink). A wise man once said, woman on top may get things as she wants and how she wants but, a woman, when not at top is often more satisfied with what she gets.

Bottomline: If woman wants to learn knife skills, she will learn it either at a military base or even in their kitchen. So, there is no way for men stopping us but, on the other side, some other woman is also practicing her skills which may have brain of a man, we should be aware of.
