Winning is a habit

Indian cricket Team is rolling like never before and the 18 match unbeaten streak of winning is achieved by Virat Kohli and company and it is for the first time home team is going great guns. England team did not make an effort to save the game, leave alone winning the match after scoring 477 runs in the first innings. Thus Team India will retain number one ranking as they established a convincing lead. Jadeja made a match of it when Ashwin proved ineffective in his home ground.  A ten wicket haul helped him to get man of the match award also. India batted well and put enough runs in the first innings to defeat England by an innings and 75 runs. The share of wickets includes 57 by spinners and 22 by the pace bowlers and that shows the latter’s dominance.  A facile victory was on the cards once Team India drew the first test at Rajkot. In all it was total all round show in which Karun Nair shone well in the company of K.L Rahul, Murali Vijay, R. Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja and put up a big total to ensure the demise of English side in their own game of cricket. Indian Team makes winning a habit.
