No doubt, late Sridevi was a versatile actress. I too appreciate her acting a lot, very particularly in the movies ‘Sadma,’ and ‘Mr India.’ But the way in which the social media, electronic and print media gave importance to this demise is shocking. Is her demise a national issue? So many jawans from our Indian Army, BSF, CRPF, SRPF, Kashmir police become martyred nearly everyday, protecting us all against Pakistan backed terror attacks and repeated cease fire treaty violation. Our social, electronic and print media take negligible note of this national issue. Why?
