After winning several accolades and an Oscar, A R Rahman, last year, announced about venturing into production and also script writing with the musical 99 Songs. Now, the musician-producer wants to go a little more digital and has decided to launch a virtual reality teaser.
According to recent reports, A R Rahman will launch this ‘Virtual reality’ teaser online across varied social media platforms and work on the same has already begun in March. Claiming that it is important for us as a generation to evolve and get new experiences, Rahman it seems is leaving no stones unturned for his debut production.
Though a lot of details about the film are yet under wraps, 99 Songs will feature a South Indian actor who has sound knowledge of music along with a musically inclined supporting cast. The bilingual film is said to be based on a journey of a struggling musician and will go on floor in August this year.
