Actor-comedian Sunil pal has been away from the limelight for quite a while now. The great Indian laughter challenge fame recently posted a video on his Facebook account in which he accuses director Anees Bazmee of non-payment of his dues. Sunil said how displeasing it is and even made some funny and sarcastic comments on Anees’ latest film, ‘Mubarakan.’
In the video explained the whole situation. Pal said he was approached by the director Aneez Bazmee before he started shooting for Mubarakan to perform at a family gathering. He went on saying that Anees told him that he wouldn’t be able to pay his regular fees but the deal was finalized finally. The comedian was in contact with director’s partner, Mayur Borat. But according to Pal, he never received his fees for the two parties Sunil performed. Bazmee started avoiding Pal’s calls, while Mayur gave him a streak of excuses against the payment of his fees. Sunil Pal also said that when he threatened to file a police complaint against them, Bazmee and Borat were unaffected.
Pal also linked Anees’ poor work ethics with the failure of his film, Muarakan. We haven’t registered any reply of Anees on this whole fiasco.
