Shocking incident of two ultra-rich siblings and wife of one of them killed in parking-dispute in posh Model Town colony of Delhi on the night of April 26, 2018 night, reminds of similar case of Ponty Chaddha and his sibling killed in property-dispute on November 17, 2012. Our justice-delivery-system is so slow and weak that ultimately guilty ones manage their associates got free after news dims in media. Super-sonic trial in present case requires PSOs killing Jaspal and his wife be hanged to death in a time-bound period of say six months crossing all stages of courts. Son of Gurjeet should also be booked for provoking PSOs of Gurjeet to kill Jaspal and his wife.
It is observed that some parents interfere in family-life of their married daughters too much to create unnecessary bitterness in joint families. There is a case where a lady first separated his husband who was youngest and dear-most child like brother from the joint family, and then interfered in a very well settled and rich joint families of her four daughters so much to first separate and then making her sons-in-law lose everything even by slow poison in name of ritual water and ash. The lady even destroyed future of her only son through extreme dose of affection which did not allow him to stand on his own feet.
Prime Minister should extend scope of Ministry of Women and Child Welfare to include Family Affairs also. It is also necessary in view of alarming increase in cases relating to Dowry Act, where married daughters are being misused to snatch money from in-laws before divorce.
