Singer Blake Shelton says his girlfriend and “Hollaback girl” hitmaker Gwen Stefani “saved” his life last year.
In an appearance on TV show “Hot 20 Countdown”, the country singer opened up about his relationship with Stefani, saying that he was glad to find her love, reports aceshowbiz.com.
“I tell people all the time, ‘Gwen saved my life last year’. She did, and I think she would probably tell you something similar about me,” Shelton said.
He said his relationship with Stefani was something that he could never imagine.
“It’s not something anybody could have seen coming besides god, I guess, because it doesn’t look like it would make sense,” Shelton said.
“All I can tell you is that it does. It just makes the most perfect sense for us and where we are at in our lives,” he added.
