Jamie Foxx is all set to host Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards this year.
This will be the 51-year-old actor-singer’s second stint at emceeing the awards after presenting in 2009, Billboard reported.
The ceremony will take place at Microsoft Theater stage on June 24 here.
Foxx takes the baton from “Saturday Night Live” star Leslie Jones who hosted the show last year.
DJ Khaled leads the nominations with six nods, including album of the year, two for best collaboration (“Wild Thoughts” with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller; “Top Off” with Jay-Z, Future and Beyonce) and video of the year.
Kendrick Lamar falls close second with five nominations with four nods each for SZA and Migos.
