On Monday, Megastar Amitabh Bachchan announced actor Sonu Sood’s upcoming film “Kisaan”, through his social media platform.

Sonu Sood who has been in the limelight for his work in helping migrants reach their homes during the COVID 19 lockdown. He has won many hearts across the country through his work amid the global pandemic. From a common man to a big personality everyone has lauded the actor for his great initiative for the people during lockdown.
According to Bachchan’s tweet the upcoming movie of Sonu Sood will be directed by E Niwas. The film will be produced by filmmaker Raaj Shaandilyaa, who made his directorial debut with the 2019 comedy “Dream Girl”, starring Ayushmann Khurrana.
Noting much about the films is revealed yet.
Last month, Sood opened up about how filmmakers have started approaching him with lead roles in their films due to his philanthropic work for migrant workers during the coronavirus-induced lockdown last year.
Sood had said 2020 changed both his personal and professional life, especially his image of an actor, after playing antagonists in films such as “Simmba”, “R… Rajkumar” and “Dabangg”.
